How effective is coaching?
"There is nothing more practical than a good theory." This sentence comes from Kurt Lewin (1951) and is extremely topical in terms of coaching, which in the meantime has become a prominent management tool. In this context, the present study aimed to effectivly contribute to the theoretical foundation of coaching processes.

Coaching X.0 at the Petersberger Trainer Tage
The Petersberger Trainer Tage # PTT Gipfeltreffen der Weiterbildung have been under the motto "Mindset X.0. Neues Denken. Neues Lernen. (New thinking. New Learning.)". On 5 and 6 April, 2019, coaches and human resource professionals have met at the Steigenberger Grandhotel Petersberg in Königwinter/Bonn.
On 5 April, 2019 at 5:10 p. m. Angelika Salmen talked about Coaching X.0, the current state of research and how coaching works if it works.
The training as a coach / coach
The Better Best Coaching Training - scientifically sound - will train you as a coach part-time and with practical relevance. Within one year, you will learn the know-how for the independent conduction of coaching processes. These include supervision and self experience.
The integrative further training under the leadership of Angelika Salmen, psychologist and pioneer of coaching since 1990, focuses on various, but eclusively evidence-based consulting approaches using different methods.
The next training will start in October 2019. The new curriculum will go online this July. From there, the race is on to applicate. The application form is available on request.
